My husband is a drummer, and yesterday his band played their Christmas concert, so I thought this would be a good time to share this muddle. I first saw these words mixed up in a post about John Cougar. He lost his temper one day and threw his drum kit off the stage. The post I saw said he threw his symbols off the stage. I’m the kind of person who tries to visualize the reality of that. 😀 Throwing symbols might be safer than throwing cymbals. Cymbals will cut like an axe if moved with enough force. Don’t drop one on your toe!
